Rafaela and Kendall are one of thee most outwardly in love couples I have ever met. Seriously. I won’t write much on their blog, because you will see and feel it through their photos. I can tell you though that per Brazilian tradition (Rafaela is Brazilian) it is traditional not to kiss until you’re married. To some of us, this may seem out of the ordinary, but I find it very endearing and sweet. So the kiss you are seeing below at the ceremony, was their first kiss! I cannot tell you how honored I was to not only be able to capture their first kiss as man and wife….but their first kiss altogether. I am pretty sure not many of us can say we have a photo of us and our significant others kissing for the very first time. What an amazing memory to keep forever in a picture form! Rafaela’s parents came here to Florida from Brazil to be here for her big day and man, do I wish I knew how to speak Portuguese!
In all seriousness though, I truly love the love you two share and show each other. You are both amazing, wonderful, caring people and you know that I adore you both. I can’t wait to photograph you both again for your Trash the Dress in the summer! God Bless you both, always and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the honor of being there for your wedding!

Rafaela opted for boots instead of the typical peep toe heels. And her dress was amazing!

Doesn’t she just look stunning?!

You should have heard the crowd hoot and holler after this!

Dancing away as the new Mr. and Mrs.
Silly Ladies

My favorite from the day I think….
or this one…not sure

Rafaela’s Mom, Rejane, hand made all of these favors. They are similar to a coffee cake, but they are Brazilian! I just love how they are wrapped!

They had a sweets table with several different kinds of sweet treats…these were very good!

The father/daughter dance started out slow on the left….then broke into fun on the right…
ooo more fun!
and back to slow…and sweet.

Bridal party dance….they did the dance from the movie Slumdog Millionaire

What a great night!!! Congrats and blessings! Can’t wait to see you again!

I just like how serious their faces are with the impending cloud doom behind them!
This is my favorite…did you notice the newspaper is upside down?!
