Category Archives: Top 10 favorites This is the last post of the series. Took a long time to get to, but I will be honest….There are a lot! Portraits are my favorites because of the random little moments I can capture when they’re not always looking at me or paying attention. After I say look at me, or kiss…something happens,...  Receptions are the quietest time of the wedding for me. I can sit back and watch (and photograph) everything as it happens, pure moments of joy, of tears (happy only!), and just pure elation. The father-daughter dance, the first dance, the cake cutting, the guests letting loose on the floor….it’s all just time I get...  Ceremonies are always the part of the day that happens so fast. So many great little moments, from the excitement of the bride and groom seeing each other for the first time, to a groom accidentally dropping a ring, to the first kiss as husband and wife. It’s an exciting time and I will admit...  I said it once, I’m probably going to say it several more times (or at least in this and the next 3 posts of favorites) but 2011 really was great for me! It’s so hard to pick favorites when it comes to anything, so let’s get right down to it. Getting ready images are images...  Ya know what? I don’t like playing favorites….it’s so hard, and well, I don’t want to make anyone feel bad.
